Where We Work
LivaNova has six manufacturing sites hosting employees in operations, corporate functions, commercial and sales. These sites are in Houston and Arvada in the U.S., Mirandola in Italy, Munich in Germany, Melbourne in Australia and São Paulo in Brazil. In total we have a workforce in 25 countries, including offices in Milan, London, Singapore and Dubai.

How We Work
What unites us is the strength of our workplace connections, both in-person and digitally, and working relationships that are built on humility and respect. We strongly believe in a culture in which diversity, in all its forms, contributes to building a stronger community.
At our manufacturing sites, operators have daytime and nighttime shift patterns and work directly in production and packaging areas. Manufacturing managers also work in these areas and in office spaces. Our support functions and corporate functions work from our offices and from home in a hybrid working style. Many of our sales and commercial team are in the field – regularly visiting customers and patients in clinical settings – which is complemented by home working and remote working.
