Day in the life of a Regional Manager

What is the day in the life of a neuromodulation Regional Manager in the U.S.? They manage a team of salespeople, helping them develop the skills and knowledge to support clinicians and patients. Regional Managers drive growth, help the team achieve sales goals, and put the company strategy into action.

Territory Managers and Key Account Managers meet face to face with a variety of medical and administrative staff and surgeons, epileptologists, neurologists, nurses, financial managers and administrators. They travel by car, driving to office visits and clinic visits, often staying overnight to meet with multiple customers. In other countries day-to-day responsibilities may vary.
